Ecomify operates strictly as a B2B infrastructure and advisory firm. Due to the proprietary nature of our strategic assets and the intensive time allocation required for our services, we enforce a strict, no-exception refund policy. By purchasing from joinecomify.com, you agree to these terms.

2. Digital Products (Ebooks & Guides)

All sales of digital products, including ebooks, downloadable frameworks, and strategic templates, are strictly final.

  • Because digital assets are delivered instantly and can be readily duplicated, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

  • It is your responsibility to read the product descriptions carefully to ensure the asset meets your requirements prior to purchase.

3. Ecommerce Brand Development Services

Our 1:1 brand architecture and setup services require significant upfront allocation of our team's time, operational bandwidth, and strategic resources.

  • Non-Refundable Payments: All deposits, retainer fees, and milestone payments are 100% non-refundable once processed.

  • Project Termination: If a consulting engagement is terminated early by either party in accordance with our Terms of Service, you will not receive a refund for any capital already paid, nor for work already executed.

  • Execution Delays: Client-side delays in providing necessary approvals, capital, or third-party assets do not entitle you to a refund or payment deferment.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We maintain extensive documentation of all digital product deliveries and service engagements.

  • Any unwarranted chargebacks or payment disputes initiated via your bank or credit card provider will be viewed as a breach of contract and an act of friendly fraud.

  • We aggressively contest all chargebacks using project communications, delivery logs, and signed agreements. Unresolved disputes will be forwarded to collections and legal counsel.
